EDL Cable is the best cable to connect your Samsung or other brand phones into EDL mode with PC. This EDL mode is very essential, if you are bypassing frp on your phone through PC frp bypass tool. Now, you don’t need to uncover the back cover of your phone and short testing point to get your phone detected by the PC in EDL Mode. You can do this all just through preparing a EDL Cable.
Prepare EDL Cable at Home:
We can easily prepare a EDL Cable at home without any expert help. You don’t to purchase this cable from market, just take your any USB Cable and expose the (Green Colored) wire from that cable. After that, we will connect another piece of wire with the exposed green wire. After that, simply, take one more 3 inch length piece of wire and strip it entirely then roll this wire on the phone end connector. Then, the EDL cable is ready.
Required Tools
1/ Piece of Wire of 6 inch length.
2/ Wire Cutter or Stripper
3/ USB Cable
Continue Steps
-Take any tested USB Cable first. Do make sure, the cable is working properly. You can test it by connecting the phone with PC.
Note: Take the cable according to your phone charging port, if your phone has type-c connector, then, use the type-c cable for converting it into EDL cable.
-Use the Wire cutter and expose the (Green Cable) by making cut 4-5 cm down from the connector same as shown in below image.
-Once you have got the (Green wire), just carefully strip the green colored wire without cutting it.
-Use another piece of wire of length (5-6 inch) and connect that wire with the green wire that you striped it.
-Strip other end of the wire, that is connected to green wire.
-Take one more piece of wire of at least 2-3 inch length, strip off this wire completely and roll on this wire with connector same as displayed in below image. After rolling on connector, do leave 1 inch of wire near the other piece of wire, that is connected to green wire. (See below image).
-Your EDL Cable is ready, whenever, you want to connect your phone in EDL mode with PC, simply, insert that into your phone port while shorting (Green connected Cable with 2nd piece of wire connected to connector). Once the phone is detected in EDL mode, just release both shortening cable quickly.
Use EDL Cable on Samsung (Qualcomm) Phone:
-Turn off the Phone.
-Open the (Device Manage) on PC.
-While pressing and releasing both volume buttons, just connect EDL cable to Samsung Phone while shortening both wires together. After 3-4 seconds, release both shortening wires and your phone will be detected on PC in edl mode.
Note: You have to press and release both (Volume up/down) buttons several times, and keep doing this quickly and many times, after that, while doing this same action, just connect the edl cable to phone in way that your other 2 wires shortening together, (1st wire, that is connected to green cable and 2nd wire that is connected to connector).

The Bottom Line:
We simply used a normal USB Cable and strip it carefully to expose the (Green Wire) from that. Once its done, then, we connected another piece of wire with the green cable. Then, we got one more piece of wire of at least 3-4 inch then strip it entirely. After that, rolled on this wire with connector and then left 1 inch of piece near the wire that is already connected with Green wire. This is how, we prepared a EDL Cable, whenever, we need to connect the phone with PC on EDL Mode, simply, short both wire together (The one is rolled on connector and 2nd one that is connected to green wire).
