-To reach to device main settings option and disable few apps, we have to follow up below steps. Firstly, turn on your device and connect WiFi first.
-Afterwards, go back to first homepage (Hi there). From there, tap on “Emergency Call” option. After that, double tap on “Emergency information” button from top center.
-Go to “edit icon” from top corner.
-Let’s tap over “Name” from top, and hit on “human icon circle” from there.
-You will be displayed few more options there, just go to “Choose an image”.
-Let’s reach to drive app by hitting over “3 lines” icon from top corner. Long hold on “Drive” app.
-After accessing inside app info page of drive app, just hit on “Permissions” from there.
You will see there a search icon at the top corner of the page. Tap on that “Search icon”.
-Search from there “Settings”. From searched result page, just tap to “Settings app info”.
-Afterwards, tap to “Open” to access inside settings apps.
| Note: If you don’t get proper (Settings app info) searched result, just tap again on “Search” bar, and there, you will have a recent searcehed “Settings” displayed, just tap over that again. This time, you will be able to get same searched result as shown in below screen shot. |
Let’s Disable Android Setup & Google Play Services Application:
-We are gonna disable 2 apps from there to get into our device main homepage without signing with forgotten google account. Firstly, tap to > Apps & Notifications > See all apps.
-From top corner of the page, just tap to > 3 dots > Show system.
-You will be displayed huge by default all installed apps of your phone (Itel A49). scroll down from app list, find and tap to > Android Setup > Force Stop > Ok.
-Let’s get back to main app list page again by hitting back arrow from bottom. From there, find and tap to “Google Play Services” app.
-Let’s force stop and disable this app as well.
-Tap to “Back Arrow” from bottom to get back to app list page. After that, find and go to same as shown in below image.
-You have to disable and force stop this app as well to Bypass FRP Account Itel A49.
-Go back to main “Settings” page by hitting back arrow for few times. From there, tap to “Apps & notification” option.
-Go to > Default apps > Home apps > Itel OS Launcher.
-You will be redirected back over first (Hi there) page. From there, tap to > Start > Skip.
-Wait for 30 seconds on loading page, after that, tap on “Back Arrow” to get back to (WiFi page).
-Let’s tap to > Setup Offline > Continue.
-You won’t be able to go for next page until you enable back google play services application. After that, we can easily finish up setup wizard steps on your own.
Follow up Previous Steps to Enable Google App:

-From settings page, just scroll down little bit, after that, hit over a > Apps & Notifications > See all apps.
-Tap over > 3 dots > Show system.
-Scroll down, find and hit on > Google Play Services > Enable.
-Time to go back again on “Hi there” homepage by hitting back arrow several times. After that, do same thing, just tap again on > Start > Skip > Back arrow (from loading page).
-You will be on a WiFi screen, from there, hit over > Setup offline > Continue.
