-Press “Power” button again to wake up the screen. If you see there “HELLO” homepage, that means, you are failed. You have to repeat steps again.
Tips to successfully hit option: If you are getting failed again and again, and getting back to (Hello) page. Re-insert SIM card. After that, enter correct PIN code. Keep your 1 finger nearby “Check Mark” icon and keep 2nd finger nearby “Press button”. Now, as soon as you hit on “Check Mark” icon. Just quickly press also “Power button”. the screen will go black.
-Press again “Power” button to wake up the screen and there, you will see (Not Signed in) popup window.
-Long press over “Not Signed in” message & tap to “More Settings” option.
-After that, hit on a “Android Setup” icon from the top. Scroll down little bit, and tap to “Browser App”.
-Tap to “Assist & Voice” option. After that, tap to “Settings gear icon” same as shown below.
-After that, go to “Voice Search”, and hit on “Searching icon” from top corner.
-Type there with “Search” text. From the searched result, just hit on “Offline Search”.
-Afterwards, go to “Manage offline searches”.
-Tap to “No Thanks” from bottom popup window, after that, you will be inside google app. Just tap on “Search” icon from bottom bar & hit on “Mic” icon from there.
-Say loudly “Open Settings”. After that, within few seconds, you will be taken inside the device main settings page.

-Tap over “Security & Location”. ignore (Advanced) option shown below, just follow up what we guided you.
-Go to “Screen Pinning”. Toggle on this option to setup new security lock on this phone to Remove FRP Account TCL A1.
-You will be shown another option, just toggle on also “Lock device when unpinning”.
-After that, you will be taken right next to the pattern lock setup page. From there, hit on “Pattern”. After that, tap to “Yes”.
