-Let’s go to settings menu again by repeating steps. Hit on “Disable using recovery key”.

-Keep holding screen with your 1 finger, and keep tapping on the (Settings) icon with other finger. By doing this, you will reach to Settings menu successfully.
-Go to > Update & Security > Phone Update.
-Tap to “Restart Now” button to install downloaded updates.
-The device will auto restart and you will have a installing process on screen. Once the installation is completed, you will see (Welcome Back) screen. From there, tap to “Next” option.
Get into the Developer Mode:
-Go to (Settings Menu) again by tapping again on blue link “Disable using recovery key”.
-Tap at any blank box from next page to get the phone keyboard popup. After that, long tap on “&123” option from keyboard and tap on “Settings” gear icon.
-From (Add Keyboard) screen, tap on “Settings” gear icon from top left corner.

-Go to > Update & Security > For Developers.
-From (Use Developer Feature) screen, scroll down and do make sure, (Authentication) option is turned off & (Device Portal) option is turned on.
-Go to top of the page, and tap to “Learn More” link to launch the edge browser.
-Type there local host ip: 127.0.0.1
-Finally, you will reach on the developer mode screen, from there, tap on “Apps” from left sidebar.
Download Tools on PC:
-We have to download below tools on computer or laptop first using the below link.
-After downloading all the tools successfully, we will copy these all tools to our windows phone to bypass frp account.

-Connect the device with PC using proper USB Cable.

-After that, choose final app to give as file path of “Microsoft.VCLibs.ARM.14.00″.
-After all apps selected successfully, just hit over the “Go” option to start deploying & installing all selected apps.
-After installation completed successfully, you will have a message of “Done”.
-Let’s go to top, and choose “Interop Tools (RC)” app from drop down menu. Tap to “Start” option.
Launch Setup Wizard:
-You will be redirected back to the (Let’s Get Started) screen. From there, tap to “This Device” option.
-Bring the sidebar menu by tapping at “Menu” icon from top left corner.
-Find by swiping down the sidebar menu and tap to “Applications” app.
-Swipe left top menu bar and go to “Package List”. Wait over there until the fetching process is completed.
